Delivery cost: for orders up to 2000 UAH the calculation of delivery cost on the site is automatic according to the tariffs of New Post. For orders from 2001 UAH delivery by New Post is free of charge. Dispatch: Mon-Fri on the day agreed with you. Terms of delivery to your city depends on the route of cars New Post (to see the terms can be found on the site of the carrier)
We are not responsible for changes in delivery time from the carrier. Therefore, choose the desired date of receipt with a reserve of at least one day (especially if it is a holiday)
Payment for delivery: the amount for delivery is included in the amount of your order and is paid together with it.
Receiving the parcel: you need your passport (or driving licence) and simply pick up the parcel. You do not make any payments at this stage. Pick up your parcels on the day they arrive at the New Post warehouse.
If for any reason, New Post has charged you for delivery, there is a mistake with the delivery address or you receive a damaged parcel, please let us know.
